1. Returns

Food and nutrition products are non-returnable once delivered, due to health and safety reasons.

However, returns or replacements may be considered only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product is expired

  • The product is incorrect or missing items

  • The package was tampered with during transit

2. Return Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Clear photos or videos of the product and outer packaging must be provided

  • The original invoice/order number must be shared

Requests made after 48 hours may not be accepted.

3. How to Raise a Return or Refund Request

4. Refunds

Once your request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • The refund amount will reflect the value of the product (excluding shipping charges, if applicable)

  • Refunds are usually completed within 7–10 business days

5. Replacements

In eligible cases, we may offer:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A refund, depending on stock availability and the nature of the issue

Replacement delivery timelines may vary based on location and availability.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted

7. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products opened or partially used

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

8. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable

  • If a replacement is approved due to our error, we will bear the shipping cost
